After careful consideration, I’ve decided to keep my “day X” naming convention of the NS related posts. While this may seem silly, I think it might help me to stay on track by showing me how long I’ve kept my nose clean (and my palate honest). I mean, if I look in and see 120 days, I think that I would be less likely to throw that much time away and start cheating.
Today’s NS breakfast was an apple flavored granola bar. Man, these NS people know their granola! Yum, yum, yum. A+.
