Well, day 4 of the NS plan is here, and 2 meals are already gone. Breakfast was the Cinnamon Squares cereal. It didn’t hit the spot quite the same as the granola, but it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, it’s deserving of a B.  Lunch was Spicy Oriental Noodles. These are the reason it took me so long to post. See, I’ve been looking all over the office for the “spicy.” I’m guessing I must have dropped it out of my lunch sack on the way in and someone picked it up, because it certainly wasn’t in the Oriental Noodles which receives a disappointing C-. On the bright side, after 3 days, NS responded to me that I could continue taking my multi-vitamin in the mornings, my fish oil and CLA in the evenings (to replace a fat at dinner) and my protein shake after working out (as the protein portion of my “snack”). That’s good news.

    D’oh! I know I forgot to tell you something! I packed the spicey in another bag this morning. Didn’t you see it?!?! Hmm…maybe those noodles are spicey for old people, like Longhorn steaks =0p
